I found this to be a really cute calender! The hamster pictures are clear, crisp, professional and very cute. Better than most of the other hamster calendars I've seen, where the photos were somewhat uninspired, with simply a hamster sitting and eating a seed with no background. Only things I didn't like are that there aren't any extra little pictures or hamster facts to add flare to it along the borders or in the extra squares, like you find in some calendars. You just get one large picture per month. Also, when I get a calendar, I like it to have pictures that symbolize that month. For example, July should have some fireworks or a flag for Independence Day, February should have hearts or red/pink confetti for Valentine's Day, October should have a Pumpkin or Halloween theme, etc. How cute would a photo of a hamster with a little Dracula cape and photo-shopped fangs be? And i bet it wouldn't be hard to create! Or maybe hamsters are too hard to photograph. But I kind of felt they missed a big opportunity for cuteness by not doing that, especially if this is a U.S. release, where those holidays are widely acknowledged. I found that all of the important holidays and sub-holidays are noted in the grid. Days are in English, French and Spanish. It's a very large calendar, good size. Overall, pretty cute, quality thick paper, and better in comparison to the other ones out there! I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it for anyone who loves cute!Product details

It has hamsters!
I didn’t realize I was buying a past due calendar. Read the fine print before ordering.
